'Welcome to Chapel Golf Club, Derbyshire'

84 teams entered The Manchester & District Ladies Golf Association Matchplay Knockout. Thanks to Hazel Grove for hosting this prestigious event. After beating Oldham GC Ladies in the morning in the semi final, our team faced Davenport GC Ladies in the final in the afternoon. The final went down to the last game with Chapel Ladies reigning victorious. An excellent team performance.

Chapel-en-le-Frith Ladies are a friendly group and always look forward to welcoming new members. Competitions are normally held on Wednesdays and Sundays.

There are a variety of competitions played on both these days – Majors, EWGA Medals, Stablefords and Fun Competitions.

We are proud to be able to field Silver and Bronze teams in the Derbyshire Ladies Golf Association League. There are also friendly matches during the week for those ladies who do not wish to be quite so competitive!
