Dave Cullen took up the game of golf when he was just 13 years old. Playing at Didsbury Golf Club Dave had achieved an impressive 4 handicap by the time he was 16. From there Dave went on to be the Assistant Professional at Bramhall golf Club and in 1981 acquired his PGA Level 111 Coaching qualification.

After a short spell at New Mills Golf Club, Dave joined Chapel in 1986 where he provides a fun, but informative, teaching style to people of all ages and skills.

Dave has been the teaching professional for Stockport and Derbyshire County Council since 1977 and now puts his skills to good use at Chapel.

Over the years Dave has introduced golf to thousands of people. Dave says: "One of

the best bits about my job is to see the changes that golf can make to people who

decide to take it up after lessons. It can be quite literally life changing for some

people and what better way to get fit?"
